Terms and Conditions

This software as a service is sold subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use:

giftvochersolutions.com will provide & host online gift voucher technology on your website until the contract date advised. Costs are £495 + vat per year or 10% commission. A renewal notice will be issued 1 month prior to the end date of the contract. The software needs to be removed from your website on the contract expiry date if the renewal order is not completed and paid. This agreement may be terminated at anytime during the period by removing the link from your website, however fees or commission are non returnable. By removing the link you agree to provide any goods or services for vouchers purchased on your website during the period the link was active and vouchers redeemed.

2. Software will be delivered with 7 days of date of order subject to set up details being provided within 2 working days. A Secure Trading account will be opened for direct payments, charges are 1% commission subject to a £10 monthly minimum. Commission customers must log redeemed vouchers and send originals to our registered address for BACS reconciliation, paid end of month + 30 days.

3. giftvouchersolutions.com agrees to provide online technologies, usernames & passwords for access to the management areas for maintaining available vouchers, prices and other options until the expiry date as shown on your contract.

4. giftvouchersolutions.com will provide reasonable ongoing support & customer service and accepts no liability for errors caused by not maintaining the system or changing information independently.

5. Vouchers fulfilled by postal delivery will be charged to the purchaser as an additional cost and paid to the gift voucher supplier. Gift Voucher Solutions will invoice postal fulfilment charges on a monthly basis, payable within 14 days, to the gift voucher supplier.

6. If the gift voucher supplier ceases to trade, all unredeemed vouchers will be refunded by giftvouchersolutions.com and the purchaser/recipient informed. Vouchers will have a maximum validity of 12 months from date of purchase and cannot be changed for any reason.

7. Chargebacks for vouchers purchased by credit card will be marked redeemed & cancelled
